HR interview, Partner Meeting, Practice Leadership meeting, with follow ups and discussions with the recruiter throughout. The recruiter kept me informed of each step of the process and followed up after each interview to explain next steps and check in. Overall very pleasant experience.

Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
