Initially, at least 3 to 4 weeks back HR team connected me to asked basic question and then interview was scheduled. This was followed by my continuous follow up with HR team/ Portal. Interview was pretty straight forward. I was shared a mail that interview was scheduled on xx date with one Senior manager and Director and it will be 1 & half hour. It was very accurate. I received a annual report for a fictitious company and was asked to identify errors, unusual items, probing questions to be asked to management. It was easy and was given 30 minutes to share my feedback. I was given at least 3 days to read the case study and hence it was very helpful. After first 30 min round, 15 min break was given and then Competency based interview was held with director. Both the manager and director was very friendly and they made me very comfortable for the interview. After the interview, they took 8 to 10 working days to share the outcome.
