I got a message on LinkedIn from company's director that his company is looking for a BA so if Interested then please share resume along with salary expectations. He even asked confidential details of my offer along with name of the company. I shared it as I didn't want to frame myself as a rude candidate!
My first round was conducted on teams and it was good, Interviewer asked me about the Domain knowledge and BA role.
Second round was with the Director of the company. He started with my personal details like which company's offer I am holding along with fixed & variable component bifurcation. I gave all the details, was holding offer of a reputed MNC.
So he asked me 1st Question - How many employees MNC has whose offer I had. I knew the exact count because I had read it recently on social media but answered wrongly may be because of nervousness. Then he grilled me on that answer!
2nd Question: What do you know about the PWC.
As I come from non core background, I wasn't really aware about many IT companies. I only knew the MNC & my domain related companies.
A: Sir I understood about this company when we communicated first time on social platform then I Googled it & understood that this company is into consulting and bla bla blah.
He wanted to listen more !
3rd Question - So which would you join if you offer from MNC & PWC.
A: I would understand the role, responsibilities & the growth then I will decide which company is most suitable for me.
4th Question: If PWC offers less salary than the current offer then which will you join?
A: Being honest, I replied that I would join MNC only because my first priority at this stage of 8 years of experience is Salary and then Role. Obviously, he did not like the answer but I was Satisfied with my answer.
His last words were we should conclude the call as you are not aware about the company! I said ok and disconnected the call bcz he didn't ask me a single word from my resume & judged my skills on the basis of above!!!

Entretien
The interview was a multi-step process. In the first part I spoke directly to the team, describing my competences and about myself as in a traditional interview. The second part was an intelligence and personality test, followed by an interview following up on those results.
Really good!! It was smooth, fast and I felt comfortable for the whole process. La dinámica de la entrevista permitió profundizar en puntos relevantes del puesto y comprender mejor la cultura de trabajo de PwC. En todo momento se mantuvo un clima respetuoso, sin incidencias y con tiempos bien gestionados. En conjunto, la sesión cumplió con las expectativas previstas, ofreciendo una visión completa del rol y permitiéndome transmitir mi perfil de manera adecuada.

Las preguntas planteadas fueron pertinentes y orientadas tanto a la evaluación de competencias técnicas como a aspectos relacionados con el razonamiento, la adaptación y la orientación al cliente, características habituales en el entorno de consultoría. Considero que pude exponer de forma clara mi experiencia previa, así como mi enfoque ante situaciones profesionales concretas.
