The process consists four rounds. First, you apply with you cover letter, resumé, and transcript of grades. The second round consists of a personality and IQ test, which you take online. The third round is an 'broad' interview with two senior consultants in which you will have to: explain why you want to work at PwC, why for this specific position, motivate your decision-making in your career so far, and reflect on the personality test. The fourth round is an in depth interview with two partners or directors, in which they really go in depth to see your motivation and knowledge on the topic you're applying for.
