I got the on compass interviews. Basically they are behaviors questions. Nothing special. And I think it really matters whether you have networked with them before in recruiting events. People are really nice and the questions are not difficult. You just need to prepare them beforehand. There are three 30 minutes interviews back to back. It was pretty intense. Be sure you have prepared well for it.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
