I applied on the company's recruitment platform. After a few days I had an interview with the HR (very friendly). I was invited to complete a few logical and reasoning tests online. After that, I was invited to a voluntary memeting with the partners to talk about the program, and to the recruiting day (composed of a GMAT test, an individual technical case, an individual technical interview with a senior manager on the case, an individual "fit" interview with a partner, and a group case. All interviews were in Spanish, the GMAT and the group case were in English.

I had an initial interview with the director and HR, and then when I passed that stage, I had a second interview with the Partner of the department. I was subsequently hired.
