assessment process on critical thinking followed by video assessment. Assessment process is timed on SHL as shown on the website and emailed to you, lots of practice tests and personality tests. Interview is scenario based and timed. 30 seconds to think of answer before being filmed.

There’s no HR. Two to three coworkers in Audit-Team will interview you (so no problem-solving questions). Highly related experiences require, which is hard for a student first apply for an internship.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.

Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
