It was very professional and laid back. Mostly had to do with what kind of customer service you give and how you train and develop your team. The District manager asked a lot about how I would motivate my team to be more successful and how I would elevate the customer experience. He asked about travel and If I would be up to traveling with the company because they send their managers to open a lot of stores.
