Had a one on one interview with a manager then a second interview with the store managers. very relaxed and asked basic questions about my availability, experience and hypothetical questions when dealing with customers. Heard back within a week.

What would you do if you have a difficult customer?
The interview never happened they had issues with the managers...I went twice the first time they forgot they had interview , the second they cancelled the interview due to tube strike 1 hour before the interview ...ridiculous ....I was on my way RUN FOR THEM TIMEWASTERS!
