Applied for a job ... 4 months and I got information that the position is closed (after re-sending another email regarding what's going on with my submission". Applied again and after 3 neveending months I got email to come for interview the other day or so.
A quick written test from "can you read bash Sir" and . Got some privacy to write test which I really liked. Also some general chit-chat about what I've done in opensource community in the past and so on.
Another round with HR regarding potential employee benefits and salary requirement.
I believe that people knew me before I hit the interview so the process was relatively quick.
