two technical rounds and one final round with Sr. Manager and mainly checked how can I fit for the current process and reason for job change and how can I contribute to the current process and what changes can I bring to the process.

Long process, with multiple interviews on the phone and in person. The recruiter I worked with was very responsive and personable, until the hiring team had clearly decided I was a backup choice, and they stopped giving clear or proactive responses.

The interview process was taking a lot of time.
The hiring manager and HR were not responsive. A huge waste of time. No offer and no decency to provide an update about the outcome of the final interview. I had to follow up several times and the response was vague.
Disappointing and unprofessional!
