I have separate interview experiences. The first went smooth, however, after two interviews they became a 'blackhole.' Despite follow-up via email and voicemail, I received no information as to my status a candidate or the status of the position. Then several months later, I was contacted without applying for a different position. My initial interview was rescheduled 5 times. Then the day of the interview, no one called or emailed me. I emailed to reconfirm date/time/contact number and received an email with no apology or explaintion just suggesting another date/time. I agreed to the new date/time. Then when that date/time came around, again no one called/emailed me so after 15 minutes, I emailed and immediately someone called. After only a 15 minute interview they were able to determine I was an appropriate candidate to send to the Hiring Manager. Then asked for my availablity for another interview. When I said I would have to get back to confirm, they stated that if they did not respond to take that as a confirmation.
