I sent my cv, they contacted me one week later to join an assessment centre in Rome. Individual presentation, English test (multiple choice) two cases studies (very simple and unrelated to the job) to solve in 30 minutes with your group (8 people) and then interview with the HR (very young), 10minutes each, just a more detailed presentation of yourself. After that they were supposed to contact me and arrange a Skype interview with the area manager, but they have never did it. I think they didn't have enough interest to gain a better insight into my profile and skills. It was just a waste of money(I spent more than 100euros to reach them and they didn't even give the possibility to talk with a manager as they were ill or busy at that time and then they didn't call me to arrange a Skype interview, but they just disappeared!!they didn't even offer us a bottle of water or a pen ( they give us some to complete the tests but they were not even working). Moreover they suggested us to eat inside the Honda's canteen, which is quite strange and ridiculous!! (they have their own canteen)

case study 1: they give you a card with your weight and status (student, woman, doctor,...) you are on a desert island but you have the possibility to save yourself if you will abandon 2 people (that they will surely die because of the extreme conditions), who will you abandon?

il classico primo colloquio conoscitivo. tranquillo, impostato per farti mettere a tuo agio. successivamente c'è un assessment di gruppo e il colloquio finale con il dipartimento alla quale farai riferimento.

Mauvais échange, déconnexion total des contraintes du marché pour les candidats. La personne qui m'a pris ne m'a pas accordé 5min de retard après avoir reprogrammé mon entretien 3 fois pour leur besoin à eux.

CV en linge puis un appel avec RH puis interview avec le futur manager. Rien de particularité. Tout s'est passé bien, rien de piège pour ma part. Bon courage .
