Initial contact via headhunder
then HR interviews (2 levels) followed by Direct manager and CEO interview.
1 hour to 1 hour and half for each. Special attention to group interview in order to reduce number of visits
Discussions were centered arround past experience review especially on digital transformation and Legacy IT optimization. HR spent time to present the group and sale the job
