One on One, but not depictable of the actual postion. I didn't get a feel for the postion until we toured and shadowed the company we replaced. The interviewer gave approval for differnent life changes. Upon beginning the job, it was no an option.

I was a temp for hire. No interview was given since my productivity and my attendance was good. But I have to write 30 words on here or I can’t review the job I’m apply for currently. This is beyond ridiculous.
