J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ricoh
Entretien
Applied for a job at Ricoh-usa.com.
After a week, I got a call back for a phone interview. The person on the phone was very polite and professional. He briefly explained about the job and the base salary and I had to do a personality test after the phone interview.
This personality test was about a hour long.
A week later, I was scheduled for a in-person interview. It was a group interview and the managers asked a few questions.
The interviewer was very friendly and professional. They were pretty much a basic questions like why do you want to work at Ricoh? What do you know about Ricoh?
3 days later, I got a call back for a ride day. One of the rep there takes you out and shows what their daily life is. And asks if you still want to work at Ricoh.
A week later, I went for an interview with the district VP. Nothing hard. I heard some people had to present themselves using powerpoint but I didn't had to do any of that.
And after 2 weeks, I got the job offer.

Invited for initial in-person interview after submitting CV and Cover letter, for them to basically tell me in person that from my CV they didn't think I had enough experience. Timewasters.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Questions were not clear, but basically was asked if I know the Scottish Market. I proceeded to explain that I had a few scottish clients in my previous sales role, but they didn't really give me an opportunity to speak. Their Head of Sales for UK and Head of Sales for Scotland don't understand the 80/20 rule and just like the sound of their own voice.
Very smooth. 2 rounds of interviews. One was a phone interview. After the phone interview, you the manager. The manager asked basic questions around your experience. Additionally, he'll walk you through what typical day looks like.
