Applied, got a call 2 weeks later Passed screening, the recruiter was helpful and definitely experienced Then comes the first interview.... the interviewer was definitely inexperienced and the questions he asked were straight up word for word from an indexed list When I asked him questions towards the end about the state of Riot's internal infrastructure, he described it basically as a "clown-fiesta" Dude's got a PhD and couldn't even answer the most basic business questions, lol Every evidence online and the interview process points to the obvious future of "career suicide" Don't waste your time here and apply elsewhere

For full-time roles, there will be at least six interviewers. Ensure you brush up on the company values and follow the guide on their website. Be honest when you don't know the answer and do your best to prep ahead of time.
