Applied, got a call for in-person interview. Got an email with a phoney reasons -- "You would be frustrated with the company work process and flow because we are so big."
Many mistake in the recruiting process; 1 st interview was meant to be some kind of automated record interview. I have received twice the wrong interview link meaning the questions asked for were for another position...

I was contacted via email, and fastly had interview. Interview was with HR and team member. They asked me why I want to work with them. Team member was really nice. She was interesting in me explain my previous experience and if anything was similar to this job offer.
