I did not get through to face to face interview. Phone screening was an unpleasant experience. The person in charge was less experienced yet quite arrogant. The feedback received could have been based on review of my CV so it was waste of time.

2 rounds of interview with 2 hiring managers. The first one lasted 30 mins with the usual questions: why did you apply for this position, why Roche,.. The second interview lasted 2h where they went more into details and assess my skills (hard and soft)
