I had a total of two interviews. The first one was in Roche Roktreuz with an HR Manager and the Tech Lead. Quite formal, plenty of questions and lasted for about 1 hour and half. The second interview was with the Tech Lead, via Skype where we discussed some business cases. Overall was a good experience but very long, it took over 1 months just for the first 2 interviews. I found very impolite that Roche never notified me about being or not being selected so I decided to withdraw by myself after over 1 month of waiting since the last interview.
