The interview was arranged through the recruiter. I was interviewed by their Sales Director and HR advisor. They focused on my sales management experiences and asked what sort of management style I had and what sort of leadership style I had. They asked if I could tell them how I managed a sales agent who was performing well. They asked if I had any matrix mangement experience.

Interview process is quite smooth and properly organized, perfect timings and contents. I would qualify as a very positive experience. You have first meeting with HR and direct manager, then a one to one with your manager and finally a quick call from HR to set the proposal. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks. Marketing positions could be asked to prepare a Business Case.

Entretien
2 step interview.
First interview is a screening interview with the hiring manager and an HR Manager
Second interview will include a presentation by you on a topic given by the hiring sales manager. You are usually given at least a week to prepare. There will usually be a 2 sale managers or a manager and a business area director present.
