First a video call via Skype of around 1 hour. Then they flew me in to Basel for a face to face panel interview of 2,5h. There were a lot of typical interview questions and we went through the CV. Then there was also many situational questions, assignment and a role play exercise. Then a quick chat (30 min) with the HR team. The approach was very respectful and personal. The company was flexible to adjust the time of the face to face interview. At the end of the interview they also showed me a bar at the top of the tower which was a nice touch. Overall very positive experience, respectful and personal approach and they took time to write a detailed feedback and reasoning for not going forward with me.
