Great Interviewers that know their subject matter. Three stage process. First is with HR, Second is with Hiring Manager, Third with Technical SMEs. The response time is not very good though and decision making seems convoluted.

Tell me about a project you've worked on in the Safety / Adverse Events space?
easy going, everything was as expected. the HR asks you questions and you answer them, they dont rush you. but they could have followed up faster after the interview, with their decision
It was a simple interview
First round was dsa
Second round was system design
Third round was behavioural
All the rounds were average in difficulty and the interviewers were friendly as well

Entretien
30 min call with senior engineer with high pressure technical questions about Java and object oriented programming. Then, a call with a recruiter to discuss performance. Overall a solid company and seriously considered the offer before declining.
