HR/ recruiter was very firm on the salary range and would not let me proceed further. I think I was a good match for the role and met >90% of the job description. I stated my salary expectation as the highest in their offered range as per the JD, but she said that the upper limit is just formality and they usually shoot for the mid-range.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The first round was a phenom video assessment. There were 11 questions in total, eight of which were recorded and three of which were written responses.
