The interview process was quite long. I found the employer took a detailed interest in me as a person. The initial part of the interview consisted of a telephone part where I took the proactive approach to ask when can I start. This lead me to the in person one on one interview where the hiring manager was not impressed by me at all. The actual interview was only thirty minutes or so but he sounded positive at the end, but the bottom line was no second interview and or job.
