On-site interview. Conversation with all members of the team. Explained what services the organization provides. Explained how internally the organization is divided in functional segments. Explained purpose and duties of the position we were interviewing for and how it benefited the company. Went over requirements for the position and asked behavioral questions to assess whether candidate was a good fit.

Hiring manager explained carefully all the duties and responsibilities of the position. She then asked to summarize to assess comprehension and retention.
Started with three phone interview rounds with senior management followed by in person speed interviews with different senior management members. Overall hard, some of the interviewers had no relation or understanding to the position being interviewed for.

Entretien
I can't honestly tell you how an interview process would go in a normal, typical context as I was referred to the hiring manager by a close friend of hers, so I had a serious leg up. Nevertheless, I was called by the hiring manager, interviewed by her and the hiring manager of the other department I would be funded by, (whom I ultimately reported to). It was determined at that point I would be hired but I had to "go through the motions" so to speak and meet with the individuals they reported to as well. Then HR reached out to me so I could complete the necessary steps. (drug test, copy of my degree, etc.). It was the easiest job I ever landed.

They asked me questions mainly regarding my background, and how I would normally go about executing certain tasks.
