Based on personal experience and what I hear from colleagues, the interview process generally takes a long time from the initial phone screen through the final decision, whether that's a rejection or offer extended to the candidate. The recruiters do a decent job relying to your follow-up emails, but they make you wait a long time leading up to and following up on your interview loops.
