I was contacted by email to schedule an initial interview with a Concur talent consultant. We agreed upon a date and time and she called me 20 minutes later than the scheduled time. Although she apologized stating she was swamped, professional courtesy would have had her call or send an email indicating she was running late.

I found Concur to be exceptionally responsive. They were attentive to my needs and returned phone calls promptly. I was treated with respect. Several interviews were schedule and everyone was prompt and professional.
