Entretien
There were 2 face to face rounds:
1) Technical discussion regarding the current project ( No technical questions)
2) Theory questions regarding memory management in Spark and 10 Pyspark coding problems
Overall I found interview easy and was able to answer all the questions including coding problems.
However, post interview experience wasn't great. There were no clear update about the feedback for more than a week . After 2 weeks of multiple follow up HR finally called and told that they have got a negative feedback which I couldn't believe initially considering the way interview went. After further discussion she even told position has been kept on hold which created further confusion.
Overall I would suggest that post interview and feedback process should be transparent especially when candidates have invested their time in giving 2 F2F rounds of interview.
