First I was virtually interviewed. 3 weeks later I was contacted for a second interview. 2 weeks later I was offered the position. I was questioned om regards to previous employment and experience.

After the study of your CV if you are shortlisted, the evaluation is done through an application where you record your responses to their questions. If you succeed face to face interviews will follow. Questions cover: personal expectations, candidate fit to the job offered, soft skills and experience.

I had an initial digital interview, I received a link by e-mail, it was very easy to access, it is a plus that you can take the interview at home and set up the time, you have chance to practice before start the real questions.
