3 level of interviews: HR, reporting manager and HOD. there is a standard process depending upon the department and team. other teams might have more round of interviews. if you are applying for senior management role then several rounds and scrutinising the skills sharply.

I was called by a recruiter from a consulting firm however didn't give me a proper understanding of the role.
I got to know the role only when I went for my F2F and the hiring manager was not pleasant to interact with.

The interview process was very streamlined. I had 3 rounds of interview: 2 Functional (1 with hiring manager and other with VP) and 1 HR round. Both the functional rounds were related to job and responsibilities. The HR round was very behavioral based but more like an open conversation. Since it was more of an open conversation I was more relaxed and comfortable in sharing my views.
