You apply on their website, they then do a phone screening with the regional manager to make sure you fit the position requirements, etc. Then they move onto the first interview which is the HR, if pass that you move to the ground team you'll be working with, after that is the offer.
Online aptitude test consisting of multiple-choice questions covering mechanical engineering fundamentals, technical concepts, problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills. The assessment evaluated subject knowledge, accuracy, time management, and aptitude for engineering-related roles.
Submitted an application online (resume and cover letter). Was matched with a recruiter and asked to provide a HireVue. Then invited for an interview with hiring manager. Entire process took around a month.
