i was referred by one of my friend, and the process only took several days, the questions the manager asked are general and easy, no surprised and tricky questions, i felt comfortable with the whole procedure some questions are like tell me about yourself, how do you handle stress and have you ever experienced upsetting customers

it was a webcam interview, pretty simple, basically just asked a few behavioural questions. also had to do a quick excel test. very basic, around 20 questions. easy if you have any excel experience at all. became a bit more difficult towards the end.
