Phone interview for 30 mins with managers and one full-time employee. Questions are not too difficult and ask about resume. overall the experience is good. about one week you will hear back the decisions.

I applied online. Was contacted for a brief phone interview, then a virtual Microsoft teams meeting. The phone interview was just to ask my previous experience, and salary expectations with an HR REP. One on one interview with the tax manager happened a few days afterwards.
