The technical phone interview was scheduled by a recruiter. She emailed me to cancel the first time, four minutes after the interview was arranged to begin - she did not apologize. We made arrangements to reschedule. The interview was half an hour - technical questions from someone who very clearly is not technical at all. It was obvious she was checking my answers against a document of some kind. The questions were extremely trivial knowledge-based questions (eg, did Javascript come from Java?)
