applied online and immediately got an automated interview to schedule. you record yourself answering questions that you read. Then you get a call to schedule an interview through skype or other platform or phone. you get the same type of questions

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
