J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Scotiabank (Midtown Toronto, ON) en avr. 2021
Entretien
Scotiabank has one of the worst interview process ever.
I was a new grad and I applied for a Bank Teller position and during the interview process HR asked me “Lets go back to your last 10 years” honestly what is this ? I was 12 years old 10 years ago she could see that I am a new grad. This very automatic-traditional question made me think that this company cannot even know how to choose right people by asking stupid questions.

Easy - 1 interview with bank manager about an hour long. More interested in you and your hobbies and situational questions. It’s an entry level job so there’s opportunity to showcase who you are vs all the work you’ve done.
