J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Scotiabank (Nassau) en août 2014
Entretien
The interview was one on one. When you get to the office they would ask you to fill in the form which had you circle what you think is your personal traits. Then they would interview you and ask you the regular questions about yourself, what are your goals, etc. Then there would ask a lot of behavioral questions so they could be able to assess if you are a good fit to the company. The interview would take about half an hour to an hour. After they would call you back in for another interview and you would either accept or reject the offer.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
