There is an initial interview with the HR representative and then a panel interview with the managers. Overall it was a pleasant experience. You need to prepare answering behavioral questions. They like it if you elaborate on your answers, what happened, what did you do to address the issues and what is the outcome.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
