First I had one to one interview with the HR.She asked me basic questions like why do we hire you,why scotiabank,have you applied for any other jobs,your previous experience etc. After 3 days I got a mail saying that I got selected for the next process of interview and will have an automated video interview.I was new to this kind of interview and hence so nervous. Questions they asked where similar but due to tension I could not perform well.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
