Setup, hold time. Which violation cannot be solved after chip tape out? Question on Automation side- using hash table.

Hold time violation, cause Thold < Tcq + Tcomb - Tskew. But you can try corner temperature or voltage. For setup time violation, you can reduce the frequency.
