30 minute interview on teams for 1st stage. Interviewed by two people, they were late arriving onto the call, did not notify me they would be late, did not apologise for making me wait. The two interviewers were very unenthusiastic, it felt like they didn't want to be there, or that they already decided they weren't interested in me. For a 30 minute interview (which lasted 20 minutes), I did not feel they asked the right questions in order to gleam the correct information from me, which is critical in a short window. The questions were poor and the interviewers showed no life.
