Mir wurde das Projekt beschrieben. Es gab keine spezifische Informationsabfrage und zu meiner Person wurde kaum etwas gefragt. Das Gespräch wurde innerhalb von 15 Minuten durchgeführt. Am Ende war ich in der Lage, meine Fragen zu stellen und Unklarheiten zu klären.

It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
