I got a call from a recruiter at Siemens regarding an opening for .Net developer.I had applied from an online job portal. With in a week, interview was scheduled on a Saturday. A LOT of people were interviewed on the same day for the same role, so I had to wait for around 3 hours for my turn. First round was a simple technical round in which I was asked about OOPS concepts, .Net new features and a lot about WCF concepts. I think I did well and I cleared the round. Next was a round with Manager, a super nice fellow. Had a great conversation with him. It was a mix of technical and managerial round and I think I did ok there as well. Next was HR round where I was explained about company policies and other things and I was asked to fill a HR form and I did. After 2 weeks, I had a telephonic with another HR, who grilled me for 30mins. I had to wait for couple more days to hear back from them. I got an offer and the package was what I asked for. I had to go through a medical test and submit report back to company.
