There were 3 parts to the assessment day starting with a group exercise with a presentation of our ideas at the end, a pre-prepared technical task, and a competency interview

Entretien
First there was a 20 minute phone call, then a 30 minute zoom video interview with HR person in Edinburgh, and finally I was invited to a full day "assessment center" event in their Miami office. The day was divided into:
·9.00am – 12 noon: Introduction to Skyscanner and group exercises
· 12 noon – 1pm: Networking lunch with Skyscanner staff
· 1pm – 5pm: Individual Interviews.
