Started with a phone screen from a recruiter. Then interviewed on site at the prospective client's office with a team of 3 other consultants. Finally there were in-person interviews with two managing directors at their headquarters. Overall it was very congenial, interactive and informal. I felt like I had a good understanding of the company and the position (and vice-versa) at the end of the process which helped to make a quick decision.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
