I was approached by Slalom, referred by a friend. Had a very prompt call from the Recruitment team and sent CV and had a telephone interview. This led to a meeting with recruitment team leader - all about me and the cultural fit - really nice start. Next interview was with a MD, then the hiring manager. Finished off by a casual meeting with the GM for me to ask any final question of him directly. A really easy and quick process for a senior role. All about me and if I was the right fit and what I bring to them.
