The interview process at Slalom is quite extensive; however, the vetting process gives you and the company the opportunity to learn about one another and ensure that you are a good fit for their culture. The recruiter is very knowledgeable about the company and communication is straight-forward and timely. I interviewed with a total of seven people for 30-60 minutes with each person. Each employee was engaging and by the end of the interview process, I had a great insight into Slalom's culture, the type of person they hire, their employee expectations, and the type of work the company does.
