The full process was explained to be from the beginning which was helpful. I was living in another city from where I was interviewing and unfortunately, travel wasn't reimbursed, but this isn't a shock since I think Slalom typically hires in their local market. The process did take longer than I expected, however, I truly appreciate the full process and think that it makes for a great experience. I was able to meet a number of people outside of who I interviewed with and this only helps reinforce that the culture Slalom has built is definitely real.
