Phone interview and some in-person interviews with a case study. Everyone was very nice, but it frankly just took far too long. I felt like I always had to check in with them to find out what the hold-up was... shouldn’t be that way. If I didn’t know people who work there and like it, I likely would have dropped out of the process before getting an offer. The recruiters were super nice, but I just feel that the candidate experience was lacking.
